The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2012 is running again this year from March 2-21.
One of the highlights from last year, Restaurant Express, which offered people the chance to sample 2 courses at lunch plus a glass of wine at some of Victoria's best restaurants for a measly $35 is back.
